I am having some issues with several achievements not unlocking also the progress tracking is not working (does not display green bar or %)
“Spin to win achievement” - I am currently level 34 and I did all prize spins (also checked via the main menu) - it should have unlocked by now
“Going Platinum” - I started as tier 7 and progressed to tier 8 which should unlock a platinum badge (2 days ago)
Have you done a hard reset of the xbox? Sometimes that works for hanging achievements.
I don’t have problem with those 2 achievements, but I can’t get “Cover Car” achievement unlocked, it says "Own the Cover Car [Ford GT], I got it from prize spin, and also from gift because I played the demo. I also bought an earlier year Ford GT just to be safe, still no popping the achievement. Did the hard reset, still no good. Checked the achievement app, none of my friends has unlocked it.
So it must be a bug?
You need to buy the car for 250,000cr to get the achievement then you can sell the car for 125,000cr so you will only be out 125,000cr.
I had to buy the car to get the achievement. The gifted car does not pop the achievement and I am thinking this may be the same if you win it from a spin. It is not too expensive overall.

I had the same situation, got the car from the Demo, got the car again from the wheelspin, but the achievement only popped when I bought the car from the regular store for 250.000 credits.
Regarding the cover car achievement, you need to buy one… It does not work if you win the car as a gift. Regards,

Try equiping the badge.
I,ve tried that 10 times. I,ve started Forza hub often in Fm6 and from the dashboard. It seems as if the Forza Hub isnt sending the Deatils to FM6
“Record Breaker” also has an issue hanging at 94% despite exceeding 250 mph. Managed to get it functioning by exceeding 250 mph in a private lobby with a friend, don’t know whether a private online lobby solo will do the trick.
Yes, buying the 2017 Ford GT is necessary for the achievement, T10 say so themselves in one of the news updates. Stupid, given the description of the achievement, but there it is.
I also am having non progressing achievements. 300 laps in multiplayer is not progressing, neither is 50 laps at night…
Looks like both 50 laps at night and 50 laps in the rain only progress when you play the Multiplayer mode. Leagues do not count towards these achievements. However, both 100 and 300 laps are progressing in either modes on my end.
I have had three achievements not unlock today as well.
Started playing the general release just after midnight and so far not a single achievement has unlocked… 
bought the gt etc. Aware it might be teething problems, but no unlocks at all seems odd.
I’m also having problems with achievements unlocking, I’ve bought the GT for 250k no unlock, as well as the ones for equipping the badges they won’t unlock either.
I’ve just finished up 3 of the showcase events no achievements. Did sig 1:1 atom, Ferrari, and ford. Nothing
I unlocked those achievements 2015-09-14, because I have Ultimate Edition. Today I tried Ford Formula, buy Ford GT and other achievements, nothing. I think FM6 have technical issues regarding achievements right now.
I am also not able to unlock achievements. Been playing since 6pm Eastern standard time. I own the ford gt, I have done over 250 miles per hour, I have tried to achieve “one down”. " up to the challenge ", " I dare you "… And I have equipped a silver and bronze level badge… All still nothing, very frustrating
