Unless im at the highway or main festival site , i never see anyone. Gets boring quick !
100+ lobbies with proximity chat would make free roam an exciting place for RP.
U will have players racing on the highway while 20cops are posted there at same time…
U could see a fleet of ups , fedex delivery vans etc
