I completely agree, as a result their player count has been increasingly declining. Its exhausting being forced into certain experiences rather than just being able to enjoy the game as I please online… They forced us to drive each car for hours on end to unlock parts only to not be able to use it for weeks because they force you out of the classes. The spec races are cool but its so boring now after 4+ weeks of GT and touring cars and blah track selections. With each new weekly spec race (Spotlights) its cool for a day or two and then the game is boring again. As someone who solely enjoys racing online with other real drivers, the limited experience has forced me off the game… if theyre lucky ill play 2-3 hrs a week but thats at BEST.

Im building a computer and sim rig atp because (for me) Forza experience is a bit dead and might as well go to Asseto. Private multiplayer lobbies barely work so cant even do racing series with big groups like FM7.

Bring them all back honestly. Funny enough I’ve been waiting for this hopper since the game launched and I’m going to miss it since I’m working lol.

Vote on this suggestion below.

[All class hoppers in multiplayer permanently!]

If I were interested in multiplayer at all, I guess it would be my week. E Class is awesome. But I’d agree that all classes should be permanently represented. Even though I’m not personally interested in multiplayer, that suggestion gets my vote.

I like E Class. The racing is great (mostly). Need to put a lot of thought into your build to be competitive, and one tune may not work everywhere.

What I don’t like is no variety in the spec hopper. Like, they had a literal million options to choose from and we’ve already exhausted them all, apparently.

I didn’t even tried X. I watched some youtube vids. It was complete sh@t, not racing. And that was predictable. It would just destroy current mp rating.

I was saying in one topic before, that i would rather go E not X. And yea i will. X i skipped.

I Understand your frustration But Remember its a Nice change of pace & it can be fun & challenging because you have to get used to a different class it’s no Different to sport mode in gran Turismo 7 that bring Group cars including other Racing games Such As Iracing assetto corsa competizione & other Sims each Franchise Does it differently or similar

Yes, E class is pretty nice. I skipped last week’s X class so there wasn’t much to do really. I tuned MX-5 Cup car on races and went to few BRZ spec races, that’s about it.

Another new series which (for my surprise) I really like is The Birth of Grand Prix series. On earlier Forzas I would have skipped these cars due to handling but FM’s new physics really makes the difference here.

Tried it once , race tyers all over the place just another indication that grip is way underrated in the PI system

if they just gave us like 2 or 3 classes. then the upgrade system wouldnt bug me as much either could i could level up a car in a lower class first.

Not sure what races you were in, but I raced about 10 races last night and Top 5 in each weren’t on race tires (at least not me as I was on stock tires).

Yeah adding classes would help this game a giga ton as far as content is concerned. Those cars people were grinding to build would be a lot less useless

E class has been fun, but it’s severely limited in the amount of cars that can qualify. It’s like a pool of 20 cars. X class was even worse though. Game definitely needs at least two rotating classes going at once.

I have been thinking for some time now that we need more and / or newer cars to lower classes to keep them interesting. Most of the cars are models from previous Forzas and newest E class car is from 1994. Even C and B classes suffer from ageing cars or cars with new model version going to higher class.

One example of this is Audi TT which on old FMs was class C / D mk1 TT 3.2. On later games it was replaced by B class TTS, which again was replaced on latest FM by mk3 TT RS which struggles to stay even on A class if trying to reduce more weight and it fits in my opinion better to S class or above. If the mk3 TT on latest FM would have been, for example 2.0 TFSI quattro 230, it would have easily fit in to S, A, B and probably even C class. Same thing happened to S3 → RS3 which went from C class to A and many other car brands in the game follow this trend. Here, in my opinion, less is more.

For E, how about Honda S660 and other Kei cars? I think it would be fun.

Couldn’t agree more! E class is so boring and slow. Might as well be racing on pogo sticks through puddles of honey. Things don’t start getting interesting until at least B class.

I gotta back him up. Every race I was in, the only people that out qualified me were Cosmos and 90’ Miata’s on race tires. I don’t know how they did it. The 94’ is underpowered even with street tires. Not sure how I would manage trying to put race tires on it.

@AtomiqueMclaren Have you tried the latest E class yet?

No unfortunately this class rotation has made sure that I haven’t gotten the chance to play. I’ve been working every single time class E rolls around, it’s a real bummer.

Bye.
