When wanting to share a tune or do certain other things online, I get the above error message. Has been so since yesterday. Anybody else have this? Known issue?
With an issue involving your Xbox Live profile, I would get in touch with Live’s Support: Xbox Support
They can guide you through perhaps removing your Profile and retrieving it from the Xbox Live system.
Thx but I see on live support they are having an issue with some live services so will wait for that fix first
Looks like it is working again all of a sudden. Will keep an eye out.
Also experiencing this issue. It is an authentication issue with your Xbox live logon. That seams to appear after updating the Xbox One console.
To fix this issue, hard restart the Xbox One console by holding down the power button for 5+ seconds. (When you reboot yoy shoud see the green Xbox One screen)
I assume you can also just sign out and sign in again, but it is always good practice to complete a reboot with things like this.
This will prompt you to re-enter your Xbox One credentials. Once this is done your profile will be able to be verified on Microsofts authentication servers.
