Looking at this again
Looks like a rip-off Defender, especially from the side
(Which is pretty on-brand for Chinese cars to be fair)

I don’t see electric defenders or defenders floating or tank turning tbh, I do see plenty in Chelsea as the “Chelsea tractor” though
