[Xbox One] 100% crash when accessing Rewards Screen

Game crashes 100% whenever I get to the reward screen, either by finishing a race or directly through the menu. Anyone encountered this? Any fixes? Game is pretty much bricked now.

I’ve tried completely restarting the game a few times, as well as power cycling the Xbox One. Still crashes everytime… Can’t play.

I am having the same exact issue on my PC and I have not been able to figure out a fix. Sometimes it will work but only for 10min max. I’ve had the issue since the game came out for the ultimate edition owners.
