[XBOX 1] Issue With Rims after car selection

I have noticed that in several places, multiplayer, free play and career where after you select the car on the carousel that the rims stay in place, and the car still rotates off of them.

Depending on the view, it looks like the car implodes the tires in the car.

Game is current with latest patch.

I have noticed this too when renting the mustang in the bounty challenge.
