Your chances of successfully arranging a sale this way are poor, as there is no way to do a private sale. An NSX will get sniped instantly in the AH so you will still need to rely on your speed of reflexes to acquire it.
Your best bet is to just spend time repeat searching on the AH and use the quick buyout approach to try and win the sniping race. You’ll eventually succeed but it might take some time.

20 million is a ridiculous auction price for any car. If you miss certain cars or start the game after release, it makes it very difficult to collect all the cars. I don’t like this situation.
I’m not saying it should be made super easy.

I imagine most (if not all) of the non-dlc content will come up again in the rotation of some series event. Of course, you might have to be very patient. Like years patient.
…and just having looked in my garage in case, nope, no spare NSX GT collecting dust or I’d give it a shot, though Jezza14 is right, the odds of making a directed sale work are slim to none.
I swear the programers have snipe hunting running as I have not been able to grab a 2nd car in many many tries. I understand y stick down A A very well. That said you have to spend the time opening closing and opening the auction search; always being ready on the quick draw method…good luck, try long enough and one will pop for you.
