Have to say this is one of the worst versions of the Nordschleife I have ever seen… So many corners that are too tight and sections that are a lot shorter. Pretty shocking that there are so many laser scanned and lidar scans of the track and this is what has been produced…
Funny, because Nürburgring was laser scanned for the Forza games.
I know and now they use one that isn’t for their most recent track based game as well… Just baffles me to be honest.
Forza 7’s high FOV probably plays a role in the presentation of the track. Then again, I’m not so sure of how big a role that the FOV plays because, turns tend to feel loser with a high FOV setting. Saying that the turns feel tighter puzzles me. In my experience the turns on FM7’s Nordschleife are nowhere near as tight as they are on AC, RF2 or R3E. I always chalked that up to the differences in wheel settings, FOV and, Physics.
