Lower Fell Speed Trap is tricky so far… from either direction. Always traffic in the wrong place. edit - did it.

That was the Quartz Regalia D. And with the Quartz Regalia you can use Skill Points to get a Quartz Regalia D.

Anyone been able to complete the Trial thus far? Seems hard enough for me to do, lol.

First attempt, psychotic AI and even more psychotic team mates pushed me out of checkpoints on first two races… the usual fun stuff.

I haven’t needed to complete the Trial for quite a while but managed this one first time thanks to my ‘teammates’ :+1:t5:

We lost the 1st race dismally (usual scenario as described by FN above) and my ‘team’ all quit before the end of the 2nd race…

First time in my Horizon 4 history I have all the cars… Yayyy :clap::clap::clap:

Now I need a McLaren PO to make sure I’m the first owner to all the Cars…

Yeah, seems like I pre-ordered to soon through the MS store and missed out on the PO McLaren.

Whew! Yeah that speed trap took a few rewinds because of traffic. The Trial was easy though!

I got Supervan 3 immediately. But I’m a little confused.
Race tire with higher grip than stock tire. However, “Horizon” race tires have exactly the same grip as stock tires.
Is this the design they intended? Or a bug?

… Well, this car has vintage race tires. Goodyear’s letter is cooler than “Horizon”. And better grip than race tires.

The Aston Martin has a similar issue with the tyres being bugged, in that both the stock and race tyres have exactly the same stats. I assume though that in this case the race tyres are actually mean to be the ‘Horizon’ race tyres.

Also does anyone have any tips for the speed trap this week? What cars are good to use? I’ve tried my usual ones but they either go wide in the snow on the run up or are unable to gain enough speed if I brake hard enough to make the corners before the speed trap. Obviously there’s a knack to it, just can’t seem to find it.

Update: Thanks all for the tips, but in the end I managed to brute force it with the TVR Cerbera. Not the best way but it worked.

I used the Chiron with I believe Don Joewon Song’s tune, multiple rewinds required though!

A quick timesaver tip for you all:
Start with the weekly forzathon, get the 5 wrecking ball skills and after that it says you need to win three cross country races with your Warthog. You can use it for the Piste of Cake seasonal event. It will be a piece of cake with it. Do the race at the quarry last. So after you finish it, just get the three stars at the quarry speed trap and you finished your weekly forzathon and a seasonal event in one.

Worked a treat mate, thanks for that only thing was…when I rejoined afer finishing quarry race all I heard was " ROUND ONE STARTED" :slight_smile: lol

Got the AMR and Supervan two minutes or three before a power outage occurred. The danger sign was much trickier than the speed trap.
