Will I still unlock the exclusive shirt for playing the demo after already owning the full game?

So, I noticed there’s an exclusive shirt which can only be unlocked by playing the demo. I already own the ultimate edition and haven’t played the demo. Will I get the shirt if I dowload and play the demo now?

There are enough stupid outfits in the game without having to download the demo just for a shirt.
