Why was I banned

I’ve sent 2 emails to Turn10 and got nothing back
This is the second email posted it hear as i might get a reply.

I have sent a email previosly regarding why I have been banned and had no reply or anything from Turn10 , I have also contacted SnowOwl regarding the matter.

My 1st ban was because I kicked 2 people from my club because they was modding (which I don’t agree with) and they had there friends report me.

Second ban I can think of no reason for me being banned.

My 3rd ban I believe it’s because I accidentally tried selling a car in the auction house, I have 2 cars with very similar designs on, I was also in party chat and wasn’t concentrating and got them mixed up. As soon as I realised my mistake I tried to remove the car from the auction house but was unable due to a automatic ban.

I run a club on forza 4 along with a YouTube channel and love playing forza 4 but I cannot access the full game, also after spending over £100 on the game and DLC to be banned on 2 occasions for people reporting me due to being upset that they have been removed from a club due to modding I find harsh and feel let down by Turn10 I thought I was doing the right thing. I

can accept selling my car would reason me with a first ban (1 week if I’m correct) but the other 2 bans I find hard to accept because anyone could sit and report people and eggy them banned for no reason. (everyone knows this happens)

I think Turn10 needs to review there auto-banning policy for all forza titles as it is open to abuse on a catastrophic scale.

I’m requesting the full ban be reversed as the first 2 bans are down to 2 people being angry and spiteful that they was removed from the club.

If a member from turn 10 could please reply to me this time and give me some clarification I would be grateful.

And before someone comes on and say bans are not discussed on the forum where else can you discuss them? Please don’t say email forzafb@microsoft.com as any email you send never gets a reply. Even more reason to discuss bans on the forum

More than 4 million people play the Forza Motorsport series. If one-fourth of those people sent just a single each to Turn 10 each month, that would be about 33,000-plus emails they receive each day. You sent two?

Turn 10 responds when they have prioritized and investigated the items mentioned. In your case, you were once banned for promoting the use of drugs (VIOLATION: Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct) and again (30 days) for illegally attempting to sell a livery belonging to an artist who hadn’t given you permission to be selling it (VIOLATION: Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct).

Have patience, they will get around to answering your email as they can.
