Why are you banned? Violations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, unsportsmanlike conduct, when you are intentionally wrecking other cars in online races. In-game notification is sent in the FM6 message area, with a count-down clock to expiration.
Neither bans nor the implementation of the regulations and their consequences by Turn 10 employees are discussed on these forums. You may sent an email to them at forzafb@microsoft.com if you wish, however because of the volume received your ban will likely expire prior to receiving a response.
