Where are these cars?

I scanned Horizon Promo the other day and I discovered there is a list of cars that do not appear in the Auction House… Are these background/AI vehicles?

Audi S4
BMW 323 Ti Sport
Ford Fiesta Zetec S
Ford Transit Diesel
Mercedes-Benz A200 Turbo
Mercedes-Benz C32 AMG
Mini John Cooper Works
Toyota Yaris S
Subaru Legacy B4 2.0 GT

(I’m trying to acquire one of each available vehicle)

Most of them are as u stated just in traffic. You cannot own them at all.

If the image in promo list shows a number plate it is a traffic car and can’t be purchased, others can if you can find them.

Those are all traffic cars. You can find them driving around in free roam.
