I’ve been told that it takes a couple of hours into the game to unlock groove music, and read somewhere that you have to unlock 6 radio stations first. I am idk how many hours into the game, I’ve already unlocked all festivals and all 6 radio stations, and I still haven’t unlocked the groove music radio. What gives with this [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]?
Same here. I have the playlist and everything set up too. No option to unlock groove radio, just a blank tile and no option to add playlist in settings. 
This is really annoying tbh, I’ve looked for a solution for months now.
Groove is not available in all regions post in support as this is your best bet supply you region and what you are using PC or Xbox with luck Jonk or Nitro will be able to advise.

You get to listen to your own music. It costs like 10$ a month. Its seriously stupid. I just play my own music threw my speakers.
No wonder why your sound is poor if you throw your speakers around
