Hey all! Welcome to what used to be called the Media Center. ‘Forzatography’ has been a part of the Forza Community’s lingo as far as I can remember. What better way to launch the new FM6 Photography forum than by running with a new name that is also a nod to the years of creative and inspiring work the community has put out and will continue to put out. The forum will run very similar to previous years: simply create your gallery and keep the original post updated for new viewers to go through. Community contests, idea sharing and challenges are more than welcome!
Over the next few weeks you can expect to see a few “Forza Exploration” threads created by me that I hope to see you in. These will be bi-weekly exploration threads with specific goals in mind; one week we will focus on shooting in black and white on Laguna Seca, the next week we might focus on Classic American Muscle in the homespace. The focus for these threads will not be the spirit of competition as well as the pursuit of knowledge. This event will be a place where we can go to experiment, share locations, share settings and share work that might not make the cutting room floor for a photography contest. I’ve learned so much from the community in the past decade and that’s something I would love to see continue from new and old Forzatographers alike. However if you do end up snapping an amazing shot feel free to enter it in one of our many contests.
Contests are not going anywhere, so do not fear. You can find them in the News and Community section on the main area of the forum.
