What kind of drifting? Drive type?
Is this forreal? This can’t be forreal.
There is no such thing as “the best drift car ever”. Just find a car that you are comfortable with and get to drifting and that car can range from a 1200hp awd bugatti with drag tires to a stock cygnet
Happy hunting
I agree what I consider a great drifter may be dogmeat to you your driving style assists trans type drive type and track layout can have a huge impact on what would be your “perfect” drifter also a great drifter does no good if you don’t have the skill to drive it best thing I can tell you is to go grab some drift tunes off of guys sf and go see what you like
A couple of good cars to start off with would be the nissan 370z or 350z. They’re extremely variable cars that are fairly easy to tune/build to your likings.
Well, as it asks for the best drift car and that I really don’t want to give you any of my tunes, I’ll just point out the most O.P cars for tandeming then the most overused leaderboard cars.
For tandeming: Any Skyline, they’re all O.P to use, especially the R34 and R35 when using a racing wheel. 2005, 2007 and 2013 Mustang if you’re looking for something from ‘Murica’. 2012 Camaro ZL1 or a corvette if you’re truly desperate.
For leaderboards: Hennessy Venom, Saleen S7, Nissan Fairlady Z 432, anything that is light and has anything near or over 1000hp to my preference, even though I hate points with a passion.
To be honest, just learn to tune yourself so people don’t have to waste time on something that will probably never be used by the receiver of the tune.
This.
I’d add a few cars
For RWD:
Points: SCC Ultimate Aero, Ruf RGT-8, '79 Camaro, Carrera GT, McLaren MP4-12C
Tandem: Literally anything. Get the tune right. Use sport tires. 28.0 psi front, 24.0 psi rear. Front Camber between -5.0 and -4.0. Rear camber between 0.0 and -1.0. Diffs maxed to 100%. Suspension and gearing stuff is harder to say. Try stuff out.
Also, for AWD:
Points: Bugatti SS, S15, Dodge Dart, Mercedes SLR and SLS, Porsche Carrera GT, '13 Viper, and the '08 BMW M3
tandeming: Don’t do it, lest the drifting police arrest you for “powersliding” while screaming at you that you are an amateur.
for FWD:
Points: Fiat coupe, Renault Megane, Prius, '04 Honda Mugen Civic Type-R
tandem: Don’t do it, it may take more skill to tandem a FWD car, but the rabid RWD people will lynch you.
Also, never use race tires. Ever.
It’s all about trial and error, someone could spend a lifetime perfecting a drift tune for themselves and be awesome with it where as you would spin out every corner or vice versa. To get the perfect drift car, you must trial your own tuning style, if its good, keep it, if not change it. That’s the only way you can achieve finding the best tune/car for yourself.
This is so edgy - has good tunes try his storefront
Lol. If his tunes are so good why does he need to turn around and back up for corners =)
