My vip isn’t working each time I go to download a car pack it takes me to the screen expecting to pay -_-
Vip does not give you the car packs. You would need the car pass for that.

As stated above, VIP does not give you access to the car packs for free. You must purchase the car pass first, or purchase the packs individually.
