Okay so, I was playing forza with a friend and when he tried to search for a design he told me that I was banned from searching designs. I have no clue why because I have never violated the guidelines before to my knowledge. My xbox account is on both of the xboxes that we were playing on and he was using my account at the time because he doesn’t have xbox live gold. My xbox is set as the main xbox so all of the accounts on my xbox have xbox live but on his xbox my account is the only one. About 15 minutes ago from when I posted this, I found out that I don’t have VIP wheelspins anymore either. I don’t think that having my account on two xboxes violates the guidelines because I play on both xboxes too. If that violates the guidelines then I would really like to know why because I really don’t understand. Also, would that be why my VIP wheelspins are taken away?

Players may encounter an on-screen message indicating that “Your gamertag is temporarily banned from this feature” in multiplayer, Auction House, etc. The in-game Message Center will show the length of the ban and direct the user to Forzamotorsport.net. The purpose of the message is to remind players of the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use for both Forza and Xbox Live. A basic rule of thumb is an E for Everyone tone; common ban reasons include intentional wrecking in multiplayer lobbies and inappropriate designs (profanity, drugs, sexual themes including ‘Free Candy’ etc). Repeat offenses may result in a permanent ban.
Players who believe they have been unfairly banned can e-mail forzafb@microsoft.com for further investigation and review. Include your Xbox Live Gamertag and ban date. Discussion of bans and enforcement issues is not permitted on the forums.
