I feel like this will create an unfair advantage. You want to use it cause it’s better trigger feedback than the Xbox controller has. That’s more than half the battle. I don’t know why we are using basically the same controller on the Xbox for 12 years now.
Other games, like Battlefield 6 and FF14, have the PS5’s haptic and adaptive features on all platforms. Why is the major Forza series being sold on all platforms, yet being treated unfairly? Is this due to controller rights issues? I hope they’ll eventually be able to use the PS5’s features, even if they can’t make it in time for release.

Why does this matter? The game is planned for release on PS5 anyway, wheels already provide even better feedback, xbox already has the elite controller to customize the triggers even further, and developers have repeatedly stated that Forza Horizon is a casual game. This feature, for 99% of people who want it, is a request for more immersion.
I don’t think it gives me an unfair advantage, and the XBOX controller is fine too, but I’d love to experience the haptic and adaptive feel of the PS5 controller on the PC version as well, as it feels more immersive.
There will be no problems even after release. I really hope that the PS5 controller will be usable on the PC version (MS-PC, Steam) and that haptic feedback and adaptive triggers will be implemented. This is a dream, but I hope it becomes a reality. If any developers are reading this forum, please help make it a reality.
