Some of you may have noticed that I have been changing the titles of your posts. I wanted to go into some detail as to what each item means so there is no confusion.
[ANSWERED] - Someone from community or Turn 10 have given answer to the post.
[INVESTIGATING] - Turn 10 is currently investigating the issue.
[RESOLVED] - The post has been replied to and there is no other information to give on the matter.
[FIXED] - The post has been replied to and a fix has been implemented.
DO NOT change the title of the post. This will result in a temporary suspension from the forums and possible a ban.
Id also like to remind you to look through some of the posts before creating a new one. If you see a post that is the same issue that you are having, its very helpful for me if you reply in there instead of creating another post.
If you do not see any of these before your post, don’t worry. I either do not have anything relevant to say on the matter yet or I am still trying to confirm details before I mark something as above.
