Unable to download user liveries

Hi,

When I purchase a new car in-game I am unable to retrieve the list of user liveries to apply. After searching for 30 secs I get a message that says “More designs are being added all the time. Check back later for new downloads” or something to that effect.

I am on Aussie servers, so is this a known issue?

Yeah it must be an Aussie server problem. Any other Aussie’s here having issues with this?

I’m a South African and I have the same problem.
Is there no solution to this problem yet?
