Dude, this op is the luckiest poster in the world. He asked, he received, and he didnt have to wait 13 years. That timing.

Plus, a moderator nearly merged it into the Features Wishlist a couple hours before the announcement, but got distracted.

Already tried it, with SIM dashboard, Data UDP still missing some of the basics, like which gear is the car in etc. But it’s a huge step forward :-). Hopefully T10 will add UDP data every month, with patches :-). Finaly we’ll be able to remove HUD and have a clean view, and use phones/tablets for info

Hopefully they support more telemetry data soon, I’d love to have fuel/tire info at the ready and peak grip would be excellent.

that’s what i want, no hud as it is distracting.

I have emailed sim dash who have responded over the last few days promptly.

The customisation is limited, so i believe there will be an update for sim dash when more options available.

I completely missed Brians post here. Wow. Times are changing.

I would love to see Rev Light support for Fanatec rims…

Hopefully RS Dash has an update for Forza - works great on PC2

I wanted to try out stryder.it Sim Dashboard on my Samsung Phone, but i cannot get any connection. It always shows “Forza Motorsport 7 (not started)”* at the top of the display.
I have activated Data out in the HUD options and put in the IP Adress and Port wich is showed in the configuration assistand in the app.
Any Idea ?
A friend got it running without problems from the start.

*translation may not be correct.

Had a similar issue. Have you tried quitting the game and restarting it? When I use quick start it doesn’t work. Have to close it and reopen.

it’s probably down to your ip address on your device, set your device in router settings to use the same ip it assigns your device.

If i remember correctly when first setting up the app for forza it states the ip address to assign.

works fine, just limited on what info we can see, only speed, revs, gforce and tyre spin\lockup.

No gear

I restarted app and game after i typed in the ip adress in Forza HUB options wich was displayed from the app (ip adress from android device).

all working now?

No, I did this already before posting here ?
