it’ll be possible to transfer the progression of forza 6 on forza apex ?
No it will not, as this is a scaled down version of the game, and as such will not be using the same amount of vehicles or even using traditional in game credits. Furthermore it will not even have more than 6 tracks so it is impossible to transfer save data or in game progress. Drivatars will come over however from your Xbox friends.
Can we import our cars from previous titles into Apex or Apex going to be different?
I did do a search but the website said it couldn’t do it.
I know I might seem a little old school with this suggestion, but have you considered using a trusty old, pen and paper based notepad? We’ve transferred cars from FM to FM with this method since the dawn of time.

That doesn’t even make sense. The OP was asking about in-game cars, not tuning numbers…
Did you even bother to read my reply? No, no progress or vehicles will be carried over from other Forza games. This is it’s own game, and as such it will have it’s own progress.
