Starting off with the Citroen Xsara Kit Car, but for the 2 wheel drive, naturally aspirated F2 ( Formula 2 rally class ) where it rallied from 1998-2001, and it`s the only F2 car to win a wrc event against the 4wd world rally cars ( Spain and Corsica in 1999 )
The F2 rally class only allowed fwd 2 liter naturally aspirated cars, and these cars normally had around 270-280 + hp, and weighed around 200 kgs less than the 4 wheel drive World Rally Cars, which were limited to 1230 kgs.
They were very successfull on tarmac rallys, due to their low weight and powerful peaky engines.
Ford Mondeo ST200 would be a great choice to add to FH5, it has a sweet sounding 2.5 liter V6 engine, with 200 hp, it won the British touring car championship in 2000, and it was always the best sounding car in that championship when it ran under the super touring car rules
It would be a perfect choice for the retro saloons category
Don`t know why Forza never added this car, after all we had the Contour SVT engine swap for the Ford Focus RS MK1, in FM1-FM4 ( The Contour was the American version of the MK1 and MK2 Mondeo ) so why not add the whole car ?
Alfa Romeo 156 GTA, one of the most beautiful 4 door saloon cars ever made, and with a wonderful 3.2 liter v6 engine as well, which looks as good as it sounds, this car would be perfect for Horizon 5, come on PGG, please give us this car
It woulden`t hurt to add an overlooked and slightly forgotten Evo as well, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV ( 4 ) This model is special to me, since when it made it debut in 1997, same years as WRC started to be broadcasted in Sweden, and i always liked the looks and sound of the Evo 4 the best
Please add the screaming Holden VN Commodore Group A racing car as well, it competed in the Australian Touring Car Championship in 1991, and it revved to 9100 rpm in the early parts of the season, it was later reduced to 8500 rpm for reliability reasons, but the sound of that 304 cubic inch ( 5 liter ) Holden V8 was unreal

Some wishlist cars for series 34
7.
Alfa Romeo GTV ( 916 )
Alfa Romeo SZ
Alfa Romeo 75 ( Milano in FH3 and FM7 )
All the Alfas with the Busso V6 engine would be a wonderful christmas gift from the Gods
Toyota Supra MK3 2.5 Twin Turbo, not sure why we always get the less powerful and less interesting 2.0 TT instead.
Audi S4 C4 ( yes, the first Audi UR-S4 was based on the Audi 100 C4 Model )
Audi Coupe S2
Audi Ur-Quattro LWB.
Mazda MX-6, a very nice 90:s coupe with a great 2,5 liter KL V6 engine
Renault Sport Spider would be awesome to have 2
Renault Clio V6 should come back too i think.
Putting the Subaru Legacy RS and the Mitsubishi Galant VR4 in the autoshow as well.
Delorean in the autoshow / festival playlist again, so players can get it. HAPPENED
Volvo 850 T5R 4 door saloon version with a 5 speed manual gearbox, we have the wagon, but i would love to see the saloon version as well
Peugeot 406 Coupe.
Bmw 635 CSI ( 80s 6-series model ). ADDED : YES --------------------------------
Mazda MX3, with it`s very small 1.8 liter v6 engine
Bmw 323TI E36 Compact, this was in FM7, so it would be perfect for Horizon as well
Chevrolet 454 SS pickup truck
Mitsubishi FTO. Happened
Made a Youtube video a while back of cars that i would love to see in the game aswell
20 Cars That Forza Horizon 5 Is Desperately Crying Out For (youtube.com)
Please bring the 1998 Nissan #23 Pennzoil Nismo Skyline GTR to FH5 aswell, if you added it to FM, you can add it to FH5 aswell
While you are at it, don`t forget to add the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 3 to FH5 aswell.
The Ford Mondeo ST 200 was launched in 1999, so it would be a perfect choice for the Back to the 90.s series
For the back to the 90:s update :
1 : Subaru SVX, it was in FH3, and has MIA since then sadly. ( HAPPENED, LIKE WHAT ???
)
2 : Second gen Dodge RAM, not sure why this has not been in any Forza game, it does after all come with a variant of the 8 liter Viper V10 engine
3 : Ford Probe / Mazda MX6, two forgotten 90.s coupes sharing the same underpinnings, and a great 2.5 liter Mazda KL V6 engine
4 : Volvo 850 T5-R saloon version with a 5 speed manual gearbox, it`s time to abandon the 4 speed auto now.
5 : Mazda MX3, the worlds smallest v6 production car engine at the time ( 1.8 liters ) a great little pocket rocket
6 : Alfa Romeo 164 Q4, just the sound and look of that V6 engine is enough.
7 : Audi S2 Coupe, based on the Audi 80 B4 coupe, but with a 2.2 liter turbo charged 5 cylinder engine, with huge tuning potential, and a legendary sound
8 : Honda Accord Type R 1999, a today forgotten piece of fast saloons from the late 90.s that haven`t made into many games sadly.
9 : Renault Sport Spider, most crazy road car Renault made, a really cool no frills sportscar with Lamborghini doors
10 : Peugeot 406 Coupe, just for the stunning looks
Fiat Coupe 20VT would be another great oddball choice, from its odd styling to it
s 2 liter turbocaharged 5 cylinder engine, and front wheel drive, it`s kind of odd, but still cool, and rare
Some cool cars that could have been added in the " Back to the 90:s " update, but weren`t sadly :
Cars Playground Games Forgot To Add In The Forza Horizon 5 " Back To The 90:s " Update (youtube.com)
Just the sound of the 1994 BTCC Ford Mondeo Super Touring car should be a massive reason to add it to FH5
This legend has a 2 liter naturally aspirated V6, with around 280 + hp, and a revlimit of 8500 rpm, its based on a Mazda KL V6 engine from the Ford Probe ( not the same as the Duratec Mondeo road car engine ) and destroked to 2 liters to meet Super touring car rules, and it was tuned by Cosworth between 1993-1999. It sounds like nothing else, even the Lotus 3-Eleven would have a run for it
s money as the best sounding V6 in FH5 if this made an entry
