I’ve been driving behind a guy for a whole lap and witnessed him going out of bounds more often than I have and yet I’m the only getting penalized. I swear I wanna love this game because the driving experience is fun. But everything surrounding this game makes me not want to play anymore. Between the unfair penalty system, and constant car & game crashes it’s a complete s*** show

If you go off track and gain any sort of advantage it’ll dish out a penalty.
No advantage gained is no penalty.
It’s the chuffing rammers and collision system that needs work.
I was hit out of nowhere by a flying car and got a penalty for ‘avoidable contact’

Was just in a S class race at Laguna Seca. Never mind the complete disaster that was turn 1, I ended up getting a good run out of the last turn, was side by side with a '17 Ford GT who was behind a GT1 Porsche. Ford decides to pinch me into the wall at the start finish line (hard enough to destroy my car and spin me around. I got .40 penalty for “avoidable contact”. I had 2 choices, him or the wall…

That’s the problem though, I’m getting one second penalties for going out of bounds for much less than a second in areas that gives me no advantage whatsoever but there will be someone in front who went further out of bounds in that same area and they won’t receive any penalty. I ended up quitting a few races because of it. I definitely can call a spade a spade but sometimes these penalties makes no sense at all and is just frankly unfair.
