has anyone else seen these two dots up in the southeastern sky??. where i spotted them from was the top of the volcano with the N at 8:30 position on the mini map and there up in the clouds. its easier at nite to spot them. but what the heck are they???

I’ve never seen it, but I saw a similar thread on reddit once.
Based on that, there are three possibilities.
1: Lens flare. They are using the photo for the sky texture. The green dots could be caused by lens flare.
2: Texture bug. Flashy colors like green and pink are often seen in texture errors.
3: Easter eggs. In some areas of the map there are signs placed about UFOs and aliens. And Mexico is a country with many UFO sightings. They may have made them appear in the game as Easter eggs in honor of this.
