I bought the game a week ago and the game just keeps crashing over and over and over

I looked it up online and I tried every possible solution and the game still crashes

I contacted support and they ignored me after I gave them the error from EventViewer

SERIOUSLY I NEED HELP!!!

Do you have the latest graphics driver? Are you on PC or Xbox?
