the Cerbera Speed 12 is in FH4 but not FM7. How is this humanly possible?
They’re different games with different car lists. There’s nothing very unusual about it.

Perhaps because it fit the theme of Horizon 4 (British manufacturer, British car, British map) more than Forza Motorsport 7? And the fact that Horizon is the newer title.
