Telemetry Logging xbox to PC?

I’m not technically inclined, but is there any way to capture the telemetry data from the xbox/x to a PC? I have downloaded SIM Dashboard and see the data, but would like to analyze my race after it’s over, and I don’t see a way to do that in SIM dashboard. Any suggestions?

I assume you find the telemetry option in game replay, or?

If picking a camera and angle you can go through a replay and stop and look at which page of data you want.

But would be nice in next Forza to have helicopter view of track and colors for various speed, breaking and stuff and where you loose time and such.
