Hey racers!
This post is to make known of a few things that i noticed Forza Horizon 4 needs.
-The 2015 Alumi Craft C10 buggy needs an option to change tire compound. As it’s awesome to use offroad apart from the extreme lack of grip outside of dirt roads;
-We need a Rotary update!! Rotaries have long been forgotten and they put out basically no power, the 4 Rotor could have the option to add a Twin Turbo setup (like MadMike’s RADBULL MX-5), the standard 13B 2 Rotor should have a lot higher boost with the Race Turbo equipped (it’s currently with 25psi on the 2002 RX-7 Spirit R, and 18psi on the 1990 Savanna RX-7, which is just depressing, seeing as stock it puts around 14psi on a 1991 Turbo 2 S5 FC RX-7 ).
Rotaries benefit A LOT from boost and they should have around 65 on a fully built 13B. Also, the Rotary Housings upgrade should bring new properties to the engine (like it does in real life), for example: a Peripherally ported housing should bring the limiter up to 11.000RPM on the 13B 2 Rotor and should make it a lot more tolerant to high boost.
Rotary swaps should be common to more cars, small cars for instance, as they’re very small engines and fit in almost everything.
-Positive displacement superchargers should bring up the torque more than a Turbocharger setup (be it a Twin or a Single configuration);
-More cars should reach the 1000hp mark. Because, as it stands, basically only V10/V12 swapped cars or supercars are capable of good times on the drag strip.
-The way the 0-60 works should be re-done or tweaked as making a car higher shouldn’t make it faster in a 0-60 time.
-More swaps for small cars, there are plenty of engines that should be available.
-A new barn find, of a 1969 Mazda Cosmo Sport or a Mazda RX-3, as they’re only available in FM7 (and the Cosmo in both FM7 and FH3);
And last thing, Torque Simulation. The torque simulation in FH4 leaves a lot to be desired. The other day i was using the Toyota Land Cruiser AT37, which mine has around 1100Nm of torque, and when i slammed it in 6th gear (while moving), the telemetry showed an immediate 1100~Nm of torque, the truck was still slowing down under full throttle. How’s that possible?
Thanks to everyone that read this, and guys let’s make this happen! We need this stuff.
