I have download the game and patch but every time I try to go to the Gables house it says installing please wait and then under that 100% installed. I have been stuck like this for a few hours.
I have tried restarting the game but I need to get the house to progress and each time I do I get the same problem.
Note when I first had the problem my game was still loading.

yup stuck like this for atleast six hours, not sure if resetting my progress by deleting my game save would help, does anyone have advice on this problem?

Same issue, tried multiple times to purchase Gables House which shows loading screen saying has been 100% installed then nothing happens. Cant progress in game without this, highly annoying, certainly not what I paid for for ultimate edition!
Anyone come across a fix/solution?

I did a cold reset (where pull out power cable connecting console to power source and leave it for about a minute). This has solved me problem and I can now get past that house. Others with the problem could try that to see if it works

Just tried that and it’s still ‘installing…please wait’ with 100% beneath it.
Same has happened with me. I’ve done the thing where I unplug the Xbox, even left it unplugged for about 5 minutes to be sure and still stuck in the same spot, still saying “Installing… Please Wait | 100%”
I don’t know if anyone has deleted their saved data but I worry about not being able to get the VIP bonuses or whatever anymore since that’s something I read could happen in these forums.
Has anyone found a different solution to this? I have no idea what to do. I even replay old races and explore further out hoping to somehow trigger something I may have missed but I’m coming up with nothing.

Incredible dissapointed. Thinking about to return my copy. The bug is apperently not even on their list as for right now
With such a big download, does anybody now if a fresh installation is even working?
Kinda regretting that i bought a xbox if i have even more installation problems than on a PC where I can atleast fix most problems myself…

Unplugged my box over the night from the energy and restarted the next day.
After a download of about around 20 gb (patch?) it worked just fine.
I have the same problem (Xbox One, FH4 standard edition). I cannot progress in the game because of this bug.
It would be nice to at least get a notification that Playground is aware of the bug and working on a fix.

Why does the game not fully install before you play it on Xbox, on PC it fully installed on preload before release date.
I just started game and never loaded anything apart from update and downloaded cars since.
Ok this is now fixed for me.
I think I found what happened. Turns out that during all this time my Xbox was still downloading the 18 Gb FH4 update (I guess some people have pretty slow connections, eh?). I think that’s what the problem was. That “Installing 100%” message was quite misleading, as clearly the thing was still being downloaded and installed.
After closing the game and waiting for the update to complete in the Xbox menu, I ran the game again and it immediately worked.
