How do i get to Level 17 in Street Scene, i’ve done ever race, won them all and yet only only on Level 12? The level progression is painfully slow as well and just feels like a chore. Not a good feeling.
You continue to do Street Scene races and get XP from them. You only really hit a wall in that regard with star-based events wherein once you have all the stars you can possibly get there’s no more XP to be had.

Guess i’m done with Street Scene then, didn’t enjoy the races first time around, not going through all that again.
Then I pray for you that you’ve got the RNG gods at your side, if and when your start playing online. I seem to only get street race & cross country events 90% of the time.
Just as a heads up, if you’re interested in the Hoonigan Porsche, it’s the reward for getting the street scene lvl 17

Little off topic, but how can I advance to the next level drift? I have all drift zones on 3 stars and if I get another 3 it doesn’t progress. Do I need beat my personal best to level up?
Same thing with explorer - I’m lvl 19 and discovered everything…
but you have to, if you want get the Hoonigan Porsche.

I just kept doing the Marathon over and over to get to level 20. I like Street races the best but found it the hardest race type to grind.
