Speedometer showing both MPH and Km/h

I wonder if it would be possible a speedometer in which we can see both MPH and Km/h because I usually play with people from different parts of the world and when we share our top speed, we can get a little bit confused as not everyone is used to convert from one to another.

I am sharing a photo here as an example.

When you consider vast majority of cars around the world (very few have single speed being shown, Japan for Eg.) so it does make a lot of sense.
