Some rares for sale cheap.

Going out of business sale! Haven’t been playing as much and just trying to unload some more stuff. This is the first batch of stuff that I know I want to unload. 3 mil or so each (depending on target car min auction price), first come first serve. Track me down in game and message me on XBL but I’m not going to hold on to stuff for people. Half these cars are cars that people really really really wanted then never got back to me on. If 3 mil is too high (which is ridiculously cheap for some of these, and too expensive for others) you can always try and work me on price.

Voice required. If you can’t do voice that will work. I can voice and you can respond via msg. No voice means your going to lose the car and that sucks for everyone.

How did you get the cars to the buyers? I tried to sell a 04 civic and someone else stole it. I said to the buyer ok I posted it, and it immediately sold before he could search for it.

Previous sale Demon got sniped but Bone Shaker went through just fine.
Todays sale (Capri FE, Mustang S5, Ford Crown Vic, Honda NSX-R, Hoonigan Fiesta, Ds3… all for 10 mil, a crazy bargain) went through with no sniping.

Sniping is just a part of the AH. If you do voice and are quick the chances to get sniped are less. Unless Hot Wheels. Hot Wheels get sniped about 50% of the time. That’s why I recommend sniping HW yourself or I tend to throw them into deals as bonuses.

Edit: also why I charge half upfront and half at the end of a deal. Something gets sniped we both walk away losing something. I lose some pretend money and the buyer doesn’t get the car. We’re both out a bit. Both of us get screwed but neither of us feels like we were taken advantage of. Has worked well for me. Never had a problem with getting stiffed on the back end and I always try to make it up to my buyers.

So the way it works is do voice, always. No messaging.
Buyer queues up a search for what you are selling but doesn’t confirm the search until you say so. You let buyer know the second the auction is listed by voice, buyer starts search for that car and (on Xbox) spams Y then down one with thumbtack and hits buy out.

I’m selling a Ford Capri Fe. I tell buyer to do auction house search for Ford Capri Fe but do not start search yet. I List my Ford Capri Fe. It takes a second or two to list because lag. While it is listing I say (over voice) “Listing Listing Listing” as long as the icon is spinning and I keep saying “listing” as long as it is spinning, once I see the dialog box on screen change to your auction is listed I say “GO GO GO!” buyer at that point hits confirm to do the search for the Ford Capri FE (which is already ready to go go in their auction search) and they hit Y, down on thumbtack, and buy out. Since it will be the only Capri FE listed they do not need to be picky. Just buy what shows up as fast as possible. Sometimes stuff still gets sniped. That’s just AH. But it works pretty well. I’ve used this to give away Chevy Bel Aire HS and such and used it to get Porsche PO and 65 GTOs. It’s not fool proof but it minimizes the chance of sniping. If you get sniped that’s just the way it goes.

If that makes sense.

We did exactly that but it still got taken.
