The two is just got at 100% are playing with a full deck and making it rain. Iv done them in full multiple times but still not unlocked. I have reset the Xbox as well.
Just got the same with the selling design to the community one. It is at 100% but has not unlocked.
I’ve got the same problem with the “go faster than 400 km/h” - achievement.
Bluesky - yours might be easily solved - you have to go faster then Xmph then finish the race. Doesn’t matter where you finish but just finish, should unlock then.

No, it isn’t that easy. I’ve done at least 3 races over the months since release at Le Mans old, with and without AI. And I finished all of them. In a Veyron, a Koenigsegg Agera/Regera (?) and another car I can’t remember.
The achievement hasn’t shown up, but is listed as 100% and locked and sometimes shown as the same on my xb1- homepage.
Just an update
Mine unlocked 8 - 10 hours after I completed the achievement and it was showing 100%. I am not sure what kicked it in.
Next time you try - finish the race & don’t use rewind - seen this mentioned in other threads & seems to resolve it. Good luck

Not only, you have to match the requested speed in a clean lap (not in dirty lap).

Thank you guys! For me worked with this clue: clean lap. Obs.: valid for the similar achievement on Forza 6.
This isn’t entirely true. This achievement has been stuck for me but I just completed it by turning off rewind, but still with a dirty lap.

i am only having problem with storm chaser, i am 100% complete on solo and still it will not pop.
