Hey! I’ve found a solution for those bad microstutters! I know it’s an online game, but going Solo mode completely elimites all of my performance issues! This is the only solution at the moment, but it works like a charm. My specs are i5 9400f, 16GB RAM, rx570 4GB. My internet is a gigabit one. Online even the medium preset has stutters for me (Horizon 4 ran at Ultra graphics at around 60 fps), but going Solo I can play on high graphics, still achieving 70, sometimes 80 fps (I changed terrain quality to low), and the game is smooth as butter with Freesync on! Also there are more “civilian” cars on the roads for a reason, so you can do event tricks, like near miss, etc. Hopefully they fix online soon!
