I got the error which said that I did not have the correct driver, and I see a lot of you are having the same issue. I went to NVIDIA’s website and found my graphics card model, and clicked on the drivers section for that card. It gave me a bunch of options and I chose the most recently updated version. After installation, worked instantly (though you might need a restart if not). When I checked for updates through the NVIDIA app it didn’t provide me with these newer versions, and BootCamp did not automatically download the most recent either. It is possible for many people that the driver you need just needs to be sought out. Worked for me, hopefully will work with other NVIDIA users.
I’m running an NVIDIA GeForce 650M on a MacBook Pro Retina. If I can work around issues to play the game, you guys should definitely have an easier time than myself.
Feel free to throw me some questions, as I encountered an error in every possible way trying to get this game to work, and want to make sure everyone is able to play.
EDIT: I’m told that doing this can also cure the error that says your graphics card isn’t compatible. Strange but give it a try.
