While free roaming after buying a new car this glitch appeared.
I guess another thing to notice is the lighting on the ground being very bright even though it was night time during the recording.
I was connected to horizon life as well if that mattered

Hi, I had this issue in horizon 3 & I have it currently in 4. In horizon 3 the issue agent away after I reinstalled the game. I haven’t tried it in 4, I need to wait for a day when nobody is streaming over the network. Try reinstalling, that should fix it.
