The supra has it and has a nice power curve afterwards, why is the Gtr missing out

Different manufacturer, different options.
For one, the cars have different motors to begin with, there may not be room for a turbo, it may not have been allowed in a license, who knows. You my be able to put on a single turbo if you swap in a different motor.
IRL you can have a single turbo RB26 but as PPiDrive has already stated it could be a licensing issue.
