Having lots of fun in fm8 and I really like this initiative to create a channel where players can be heard, thank you.
When sorting “My cars” or “Buy cars” by manufacurer and then “Jump To Tab” the list only shows 3 letters at once (in 1080p). The new list looks better than the grid from previous titles but these changes would in my opinion improve the useability:
Dynamic vertical spacing between Letters - would fit more rows on screen.
Removal of the Large Letter to the Left of manufacturer name - We can see the letter on the manufacturers
Increase number of columns per letter - would fit more brands per row
With the cars I have and when I’m at the top of the list; roughly 3.5% of my screen is car brand names 
I think a “folder opening” style system would make the process a lot faster. Like having only the letters, then when you click one of them a window with the manufacturers appears, or a list with them slides down.
The screen only shows 3 alphabet letters worth of manufacturers at a time (see Example 1). This submenu should be improved similar to the one in Horizon 5 that displays most of the manufacturers at a single time (see Example 2). The is a better utilization of screen space an allows the player to choose a vehicle quicker.

Good topic. I intensely hate unnecessarily cumbersome user interfaces. I mean I sometimes vaguely suspect developers deliberately make it so to introduce some of puzzle aspect to the game? Just don’t do that, eh?
