Having spent $100 on the Ultimate Edition, plus another $60 on XB live (which I only need for online racing in FH), a number of tabs are suddenly greyed out on the main menu screen. I unlocked the Clubs feature some time ago, and am a current club member, but suddenly my Clubs tab is locked. As are the Rivals tab (where I had 7 or 8 rivals I was working through), and the Marketplace tab. All of these tabs were available earlier today, but are now locked. I spent WAY too much freaking money for this to be happening. Is there an outage I’m unaware of? Although I don’tee anything in the normal places.

Sounds like either you do not have the game update or your internet is having issues or the servers are temporarily offline.
In short it is a connection issue.
If you do not have the game update it will not let you connect to the game servers until you get the update.
