As you can see i sale a car for 16 Mil. But get only 13,6 Mill. I had nearly 1Mill before. Why i get not all money?

You get charged an auction fee.
It varies depending on cost of car and price of sale. Sometimes 0% up to around 20% at times…

Yes it’s “auction fees”. The higher sale amounts get pretty harsh. For a 20m sale you net just over 17m.

In English, the auction house tells you about this every time you list a car. Did they screw up the German translation there?
Iirc there’s an option to not show the message again. Otherwise that would have driven me insane
Pretty sure there’s not, at least on Xbox.
On XSX and X1X it only came up once for me. Language I believe is set to default, US English. 
Edit: I get the confirmation that it’s auctioned. Is that what you’re referring to? Does it mention it there? Can’t recall the last time I read that one. Could be I suppose.
Yes, the confirmation that it was listed is when it mentions the fee.
