The Rover P6 is often fondly remembered as ‘the old saloon with the spare wheel on the boot lid’ but it was also quite swift as P6B version which used the same V8 engine that’s already a part of other cars in FH4, here is a road version of a late car:

But there were also a few wide bodied touring car versions like the one pictured below which may make the car interesting for Forza Motorsport:

Also P6 was standard issue for London’s Metropolitan Police until SD1 took over “jam sandwich” duty.

It was also the first ever winner of the European car of the year award in 1964.

Corgi released a model car of the Rover 2000TC at the time with a few novel features such as the possibility to change wheels, it also showed a glass roof which was not available in real life cars:


In reality the car this was based on recently resurfaced in real life, it’s a Triplex glass roof prototype 3500 V8 model in RHD NADA spec which is now undergoing restoration in the UK:
