A Phantom 7 S1 in black with the 21-inch nine-spoke Style 100 wheels was the boss of the streets back in 2004, and would make for the ultimate cruiser in-game. It’s a shame that its chances of being added are practically non-existent as Rolls-Royce pulled out of racing games after FH3, but a man can dream.
