I was wondering if anyone as herd anything about the rewards points and tiers not working. Everything has been stuck for over a week now. I’m only 166 points from moving up to tier 8 and with everything I have completed I should be over the mark now. I’ve been playing all the Forzas in the series that I haven’t completed the objectives for points.
Haven’t heard anything
And there’s been no updates on the other 10 or more threads on the same issue

It wouldn’t even be a thing if they didn’t hype it so much. I already got ripped off for 5 million unreceived credits for my Forza 5 garage and now this. I should easily be Tier 9 by now, but I’m stuck waiting.
When I started up FM6, I’m pretty sure I didn’t receive some loyalty cars that I was eligible for. Also, I too believe that I got ripped off for a few million credits. Forza Rewards is a great idea to keep you playing and rewards veteran players, and has worked well in the past, but lately they need to tighten it up. It’s more than likely that T10 is making sure that FM6’s release and first few weeks of gameplay are going smoothly (as they should be), but I still hope that they get around to updating the rewards system so our progress is being accurately tracked.
No updade for any games too…
same issue here, and my Forza Hub even do not even recognize that I own the Forza 6 game, but I play it it for a week already

Well, I am glad I am not alone and it is a more systemic problem - gives me confidence it will be resolved. Hopefully before new rewards drop later today!
Turn 10 needs to start adding disclaimers to their posts.

Sorry for being irate, but I lost my high level Forza 5 save to Turn 10’s forced cloud sync. Then I re-earned everything for Forza 6 rewards and didn’t receive them. Since then, I don’t have much patience with this stuff.

Hey be careful now! Some fanboy is sure to call you a crying whiner and yelp at you and claim you didn’t “pay for” the rewards program and other things as if you should just shut up an take it up the you know what (like most of my flamed posts on the same subject)! Ooooooooooo!
I lost a horizon 2 driver level 359 save as well and had to start over, IRATE? you better beleive you have a right!

Just fix the rewards, Turn10! I’m waiting for more than a week for my statistics to refresh and nothing. And just one day left to refresh the rewards in the website…
94 Points away, and its been 94 points for little over a week
My rewards just updated a little bit. It only shows the total rewards increasing, though. My Forza 6 data hasn’t updated. Hopefully the system updates before the next payout. I’m 22 points from Tier 9 with more than enough progress.
Updated! I don’t know if it’s completely updated but I got my tier level increase before tonight’s rewards open up so color me happy.
Update: I just checked my stuff, and it shows an increase in overall rewards points, but doesn’t reflect a detailed breakdown by game yet. So it’s half fixed…?
This is bad enough but now its affecting the in game badges. I have reached platinum levels on 2 badges and the platinum badge isn’t unlocking, These are both tracked by Forza rewards. I wonder if this is coincidence, I don’t think so!! These badges are the Tier Level(shows 7 actually 8) and Miles driven(shows 674 when actually 1,030). This means no achievement for platinum badge.
Still not fixed for me. Looks partially there however the FM6 rewards details are a long way off.
I had the same experience with losing my Forza 5 rewards and then earning them back. I started playing FM6 on the day of release and shortly after the rewards stopped updating. I know it’s right that they are focussing on gameplay but this stuff matters too. Has anyone seen a response from T10? ‘We know there’s problem and we’re looking into it?’ even? A friend just got FM6 last night and immediately got 5M credits for FM5. I’m much further into FM5 than him and got nothing so I’m feeling a bit shafted too. Would be good to get some feedback from T10
For me ios also not working, score for FM6 is still 0/3000 but I am playing it since 19th a have many cars a miles driven, but Forza Hub does not recognize it…
