Hey dudes and dudettes. So me and my friend forzaracer149, We’re having trouble with rewards on forza hub. We redeemed two cars a few days ago, and it said they would come in four hours…They haven’t came yet. I have the exact number of cars in my garage, and its a bit frustrating that we’ve redeemed something and it hasn’t came. Can Turn10 help us?
Have you done a power cycle of your console and installed today’s content update?
I don’t exactly know how to do that, and we have both installed the update. Any other suggestions?
In short you exit the game and go to the XB dashboard. Then quit the game (sometimes your XB will then synchronize, so wait for that to finish - your router will show if it does) and turn the XB off by holding / pressing the XB power button at the front for about 5 seconds untill it goes off. Then remove your power supply to the XB for about 1 minute untill the light on the power supply goes completely dead. Then reconnect power supply and turn the XB on as normal. If you struggle with this, follow talby’s suggestion and look foor Snowowls more complete discussion of this on some other threads around. Hope this helps.
What cars are you trying to redeem ?
The loyalty reward cars you recieve when you first play forza 6 is a one time thing…you don’t recieve the next tier cars once you go to the next tier while playing forza 6
Are you redeeming cars that you’ve received from the next tier? If so, it may take a couple hours as stated. All you can do is be patient and if after those four hours are over, then you may have to wait until everything updates accordingly. May be a slight delay for your rewards.
check some of Snowowls posts…he has explained hundreds of times how to do a proper hard reset
also what cars are you trying to redeem…ive never seen any cars to be redeemed for forza 6 from within the hub
