Remove Forza GT4 Series from Featured Multiplayer

We’ve made a change to the Featured Multiplayer Spec slot, removing Forza GT4 and keeping Forza Touring Car for all five weeks in Update 12:

Featured Multiplayer: Spec Event change | September 16 through October 16 When we announced Update 12, Forza GT4 was planned for Weeks 2 and 4, cycling with Forza Touring Car, in Featured Multiplayer.
