Redeemed rewards are not showing?

I was looking at my Forza Tier and can see that I haven’t played Forza Motorsport 5 and 6. I can see that I’ve reedemed 2,150,000 million worth so I decided to buy Forza Motorsport 6 to play the game and up my tier level. With 2,1 million in the bank, it should give me a good little sandbox for building cars.

I install the game, go through the initial 3 race cup and I’m now on the Home screen. I go to my messages but there’s only 2 messages, both from 2019, in my GIFTS blade? Both are for $250,000. Where’s the other from all of 2018 and 2017? I’ve been redeeming rewards, on and off, since Forza Motorsport 7 came out and it says that I’ve redeemed $2,150,000 for Forza Motorsport 6?

Did this ever resolve for you? I started playing today and got about 1 million of the 6 million the rewards site says I’m due.

This game only holds the rewards for 2 weeks if you haven’t played yet.

I posted it somewhere else to and got the response that they can get too old and expire.

I just installed F6 with xbx live gold, and the rewards didn’t go back that far (I think I got 6 of them). Been playing FH3 & FM7 for a long time and thought I would get a bunch as well.
