Like the title says, my ranked team adventure points are not saving. It’s quite frustrating because now I have a bunch of useless wins

I reported this issue a couple of weeks ago. I’ve set out the response I received below. In short, it’s being looked into and an announcement will follow when resolved. I’m not aware of anything subsequently being announced.

Thanks for taking the time out today to report this issue in! It’s definitely troubling to hear that happen in the game and we want to make Forza the best racing game possible for fans and players like yourself.

We are currently investigating this issue and I’ve added your information to our investigation. I am marking this ticket as “Solved” as we do not require more information from you for our investigation and are working on a fix. We don’t need to bother you with a ton of questions or troubleshooting tips, as its being worked on by our devs already.

We will send out an announcement to the Community when we have a resolution.

It may still be worth reporting though, as that may help identify the scale of the issue (I’m assuming not everyone is affected otherwise there would be rather more comments!).

Ranked points are working for me on free-for-all but not team games

Marking the ticket as “solved” is not correct in my opinion. The issue has not yet been solved. It should be marked with another status such as “In Progress”

Same, I won 5 matches in a row, should have jumped almost 500 points but the second I lost a match those saved…

I have a problem that my ranked points just freezed on 3,542… even if i win or lose i gain or lose some points it’s stuck on 3,542.
Sooo i tried to play free-for-all and after play T.A. but i have the same issue…
Somebody can help me what should i do cuz its very annoying when im winning like 3-4 matches in a row and can’t get points :smiley: thank you.

Same here for two weeks that I have noticed I’m not receiving the points I win in ranked team racing. I am in free for all ranked racing. Thanks

well i finale hit rank lvl to be able to do rank team adv. but all grey out.

This is currently in the known issues and the team is looking into this.

Please still continue to submit a ticket and if you win a game and it doesn’t save, please video capture this and attach it to your ticket as it helps.

Anything about the connectivity issues…a few of us get constantly disconnected while losing tons of rank at the same time. I lost 300 alone on saturday because of it

well i notice something new with the bug.
i scored 3 flags. in on of the team rank matches. at the end of the game. it showed i scored zero… so something is very wrong now

I’m having the same problem. My rank just stays the same and earned points don’t save.

I changed my gamertag yesterday and it still shows my old name ingame. Could that be the issue?
